Facepack Cable

Connecting the Luxor facepack to the actual transformer requires the use of an RJ-12 (reversed) cable.  Please refer to the maximum wire distances below when remotely locating the face panel P/N (LUXORFPMOUNT).

  • 200 feet with a Wi-Fi or LAN module installed (RJ-12)
  • 500 feet without a Wi-Fi or LAN module installed (RJ-12)

Linking Cable

Luxor Linking allows for a single point of control on sites requiring multiple Luxor ZD or Luxor ZDC controllers. Linking sites consists of a primary and one or more satellite Luxor controllers connected by a Cat5/5e/6 cable. Sites are limited to nine satellite controllers to every one primary unit and/or 3,000 feet between the primary and the farthest satellite controller.  See link for more details on linking controllers.
