Luxor - Fuse Replacement

If the Luxor Facepack powers on but the attached fixtures do not receive power, the fuse (P/N 960300) may need to be replaced.

There are a few common reasons for the fuse to blow.

  • Bad GFI outlet (contact electrician for proper testing)
  • An internal circuit board has failed inside the Luxor chassis
  • Bad short to the output terminals from the field wiring

Locate Distributor

To replace the fuse in the Luxor controller, follow the steps below:

Replacing the Fuse
  1. Unplug the Luxor controller from power.
  2. Remove all wires from common and 15V terminals on the chassis.
  3. Remove the four screws from the fuse cover.
  4. Remove and replace the fuse with the following specifications: 5 mm x 20 mm, 250-volt, 10-amp, UL rated
  5. Replace the cover and four screws, reattach the fixture wires, and restore power to the unit.
