The schedules option within the app will allow the user to create programs that will be displayed on the schedule screen and allow you to EDIT, ADD, DELETE an event.  The PROGRAMS are where all daily running programs are set up. Programs are set by calling up fixtures that have been assigned to groups or themes. For more information about programs, please visit our article here.

NOTE: The scheduling feature is only available for Luxor controllers. To enable the scheduling feature on the Luxor ZD/ZDC controllers, replace the controller facepack and Wi-fi Module (PN:  Facepack = LUXFP and Wi-Fi module = WIFIMOD2.  Find an authorized FX distributor near you using our interactive Distributor Lookup.

Editing Programs

 

  1. Navigate to the SCHEDULES icon.
  2. Select a PROGRAM to add or edit.
  3. Programs available are the same as in the controller (A through G)

 

Editing Events

 

  1. Navigate to the SCHEDULES icon.
  2. Navigate to ADD EVENT.
  3. Select your event option SUNRISE, SUNSET or TIME.
  4. Select the OFFSET if applicable. Optional timed offsets (+/- 15-minute increments) are available for sunrise/sunset events. Time events are determined by time of day.
  5. Select a GROUP, THEME or ALL LIGHTS.
  6. Finally, repeat steps to ADD EVENT OFF.​
    • Navigate to ADD EVENT.
    • Select your event option SUNRISE, SUNSET or TIME.
    • Select the OFFSET if applicable. Optional timed offsets (+/- 15-minute increments) are available for sunrise/sunset events. Time events are determined by time of day.
    • Select a GROUP, THEME or ALL LIGHTS.
    • Select an INTENSITY of 0% (OFF).

NOTE: GROUPS and THEMES will remain ON unless the EVENT with OFF intensity is added within the schedule.

Editing Days

 

  1. Navigate to the SCHEDULES icon.
  2. Next, select a PROGRAM to add or edit.
  3. SELECT or DESELECT days for the program.
Calendar Based Scheduling

 

Calendar programming allows program(s) to run during specific dates throughout the year. Selecting EXCLUSIVE, will allow the controller to only run the specfied program during the requested dates. The controller will revert back to the non-exclusive programs after the controller is outside of the EXCLUSIVE date range.

  1. Navigate to the CALENDAR icon in the program you would like to edit.
  2. Select a START date.
  3. Select a END date.
  4. Selecting EXCLUSIVE (Not mandatory)

EXAMPLE (See Figure 3):

JAN 1st - JUNE 30th: Program A running

JULY 1st - JULY 4th: Program B running

JULY 5th - DEC 31st: Program C running
