PROBLEM CAUSE RESOLUTION
Network not listed on available networks Controller not seeing network Reset network router and verify Wi-Fi signal at transformer's location
If the App loses the controller or does not connect, please check the Wi-Fi strength on the Luxor. Weak Wi-Fi signal.

Please check the RSSI on the router using article here for LUXOR ZD/ZDC or article here for LUXOR:

If the RSSI is good (above 70) then try the direct connect method to connect to the Luxor.

If direct connect works, try the manual configuration to connect to the Luxor:

If the controller falls off network, please check the Wi-Fi strength on the Luxor.

Weak Wi-Fi signal.

If signal is low, you may need to elevate the network router for a better signal or add a Wi-Fi booster to increase the signal at the controller.
