You can use your Hunter irrigation controller to activate both the PX power transformer and your irrigation controller.. All Hunter controllers come with a pump/master valve (P/MV) terminal that can be used to activate FX's PXSYNC. If you use an irrigation controller to activate your transformers with a rain sensor installed, make sure that the controller can be programmed to ignore the rain sensor for your lighting output.
The PXSYNC device installs inside the transformer and accepts a low voltage signal from the controller when activation is scheduled.
