The chart below will assist you in identifying different troubleshooting scenarios when using the Wireless Linking modules with the Luxor Controller.

Issue Symptom Solution
Low Signal Strength LSAT(s) continually drop off at random times. Random = Weekly, Daily, Hourly, and Minute. The signal strength on the LINKMOD is consistently below 70. Remote mount LINKMOD closer to Primary LINKMOD.
Interference LSAT(s) continually drop off at random times. Random = Weekly, Daily, Hourly, and Minute. Signal strength randomly jumps from high to low, including a blank (- -) screen. Remotely mount the LINKMOD until the signal strength reading is consistent. Note: This could be a matter of inches or feet. Keep Linkmod plugged in so you can see the readings visually.
System Crosstalk LSAT(s) dropping OFF after a few minutes or not turning ON. Master LINKMOD displays signal strength because it may receive a signal from a nearby system that is programmed to the same wireless channel and network ID. Reprogram system LINKMODs to different wireless channels and network IDs. LINKMODs are preprogrammed to 0, 125, and 10, so everything is "plug and play." However, if a nearby Luxor system performs "plug and play,” then the settings are the same and will cause crosstalk.
