Luxor - Fixtures Not Operating From the App

If your FX Fixtures operate correctly from the controller but not from the app, we recommend checking the signal strength (RSSI), firmware, and grouping of the fixtures. Please check the RSSI on the router using the article here for the Luxor model controller. If the signal strength is below 70 RSSI, then we would first recommend updating to the latest FIRMWARE on the controller to ensure the best functionality. Finally, the fixtures' grouping might have to be verified by reprogramming using a LAM (Light Assignment Module) or the programming ports at the controller.
