Step 1

Its always a good idea to change the LED boards with power to the transformer turned off completely. Remove the clear plastic lens by pushing the two pins on each side of the tube using a small phillip screwdriver.

Remove the inner housing by sliding upward.

Step 3

To remove the PE lens cover assembly, remove the six screws in front of fixture by turning counterclockwise using a phillips screwdriver.

Step 4

The filter can be removed easily by turning counter clockwise.

Step 5

Depending on the size of the LED board, you will have two to three Phillips head screws that need to be removed to access the LED board below the reflector. Carefully remove these screws by turning each counter clockwise.

Step 6

The LED board can now be removed. Using a small flat bladed screwdriver to pry outward gently on one side of the board taking into account the two pins on the bottom. Make sure the base of the fixture where the LED was removed from is clear of debris or residual thermal pad material.
