FX Luminaire adds the LE hanging down light to their expanding line of LEDs. The LE is one of the most anticipated LED products from FX due to its likeness to the highly admired LS incandescent down light.
According to FX Luminaire Product Manager James Helms, “The LE takes the ever popular LS and brings it to the next level with additional metal options, color filters and a stainless steel tool-free cable hanging device.”
The LE is available with a 1LED board, which has the equivalent light output of a 10 watt incandescent lamp, and has a variety of finish options including natural copper and brass, Nickel Plate, Antique Bronze, Antique Tumbled and eleven FX powder coat options.
Included with the LE are four FX LED color filters. These filters manipulate the color temperature of the light output from the unfiltered temperature of 3900K to 2900K with the amber lens, 4500K with the green lens and 5200K with the blue lens.
Using a hook design with the stainless steel tool-free cable hanging device the LE has done away with the need for a large mount making it easier to illuminate a space from above to create a desired moonlight effect.
