FX Luminaire has expanded its popular LED line with the announcement of the JB. As FX’s first purpose built LED down light the JB is specifically engineered to resist moisture and solves the issue of changing lamps in complicated areas by providing long-life LEDs.
Included with the JB are four FX LED color filters. These filters manipulate the color temperature of the light output from the unfiltered temperature of 3900K to 2900K with the amber lens, 4500K with the green lens and 5200K with the blue lens. The pure color of the LEDs FX uses in their LED line allows the addition of the supplied blue lens to create a natural moonlight effect.
The JB is available with a 1LED board, which has the equivalent light output of a 10 watt incandescent lamp, or a 3LED board, which has the equivalent light output of a 20 watt incandescent lamp. All FX LED boards are equipped with a Thermal Sensing Monitor to insure the LEDs do not overheat and Driver-On-Board Technology to protect and deliver power to the LEDs.
As the perfect accompaniment to the JB, the TreeBoxTM (TB) is also now available. The TB truly raises the bar on mounting solutions by providing specially designed mounting screws with the use of only one wrench making tree growth maintenance easy.
The TB offers dual ½” fixture mounts and is designed for both horizontal and vertical mounting. Along with a weather resistant seal and wire splicing door FX has created an accessory befitting any up or down light application. Both the JB and the TB are available in eleven FX powder coat options for coordination with each other and your landscape.
