The FX Luminaire Warranty Policy applies to all FX distributors and homeowners purchasing FX Luminaire products. All FX Luminaire Transformers are warranted from manufacturer’s defects for a period of ten years from the date of installation. If a transformer should fail due to manufacturing defects within this period, FX Luminaire will repair or replace the faulty unit free of charge.

Once your distributor confirms with the factory that your FX product is under warranty and may be returned for repair or replacement, at FX's discretion, we will issue the distributor a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Please note that FX Luminaire will not accept FX Transformers for repair without a valid RMA number, and that RMA numbers expire thirty (30) days after they are issued. Any FX Product received by FX without an RMA number or with an expired RMA number, will be documented and returned to you at your expense. It is the responsibility of the Customer to handle shipping cost when returning merchandise to FX.

All FX Luminaire Low Voltage Lighting Fixtures are warranted from corrosion and/or manufacturer’s defect for a period of three years from date of installation. If a fixture should fail due to corrosion or manufacturer’s defects, at FX Luminaire’s discretion, we will repair or replace said fixture(s) free of charge. While we can replace most damaged or defective merchandise, we may not be able to exchange all items due to discontinued or outdated parts/fixtures.

FX Luminaire extends the warranty on Fixtures and Transformers to ten years from the date of installation when both FX Luminaire fixtures and transformers are installed on the same project exclusive of any competitor’s products. If, due to manufacturer’s defects, either fixture(s) or Transformer(s) should fail within ten years from the date of installation, under our discretion, FX Luminaire will repair or replace the faulty equipment free of charge.

1. Insignificant defects such as scratches, minor mechanical or electrical maladjustment or any manufacturing error that can be easily corrected.
   2. Any defect discovered in a product that has been modified without FX’s prior written consent unless the changes are minor.
   3. WARRANTY VOID IF FIXTURES ARE USED WITH NON-UL 1838 POWER SUPPLY.
2. Replacements of broken glass/melted lenses, sockets, screws and all other minor adjustments can be handled through your local distributor. Any other minor repairs or replacements will be handled, on a case-by-case basis, at FX’s discretion.
3. FX Luminaire hereby disclaims all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. In no event shall FX Luminaire and/or its respective suppliers be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of FX products. Installation labor to repair or replace defective products is explicitly excluded from the FX product warranty.
