Each recessed fixture includes a Schedule 40 conduit, which may be cut to length as needed. However, the conduit must always fully enclose the fixture base and must not be shorter than 7½ inches. Follow the step-by-step instructions below to install these lights. Insert the fixture module into the faceplate, and then press the complete assembly into the installed conduit. The module and faceplate must be fully pressed together to maintain a proper seal. Ensure the faceplate is pressed as flush as possible to the mounting surface.
