Notice the water feature - the best way to light a feature like this is from above where there is not the plant life, water and impact to make the fixtures fail. Without the lighting on this feature you would never see it at night - what a waste! This is true of most exterior plant and landscape elements. Lighting is a great value because it allows your clients to enjoy your architectural design at any time of day.
